All products are hand-made, built to order by myself only. Please allow a few weeks before shipment.
An email with tracking information will automatically be sent to you if available.
USA Shipping: USPS 8 - 15 days, Ground Tracked
Shipping INTERNATIONAL: 5 - 12 days, Air Untracked

At any time during the lifetime and operation of JLasers, we will repair your product(s) free of charge for parts and labor for any reason.
Diodes and lenses purchased individually are NOT subject to our lifetime warranty policy due to their sensitive and fragile nature.
During the first 6 months of your purchase, JLasers will pay for all shipping charges, to and from the repair facility.
After 6 months of date of purchase, you will be responsible for paying the shipping of the products to us. Your goods will be shipped back to you, repaired, free of charge.
